An interesting game for Bahrain Al-Manama (5-0) which played road game in Doha against 4th ranked Qatari Al Shamal (0-5). Top-ranked Al-Manama had an easy win 130-83. Al-Manama outrebounded Al Shamal 48-26 including a 33-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. Al-Manama looked well-organized offensively handing out 41 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by Al Shamal's players. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Cameron Clark (201-1991, college: Oklahoma, agency: Slash Sports) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 33 points (!!!), 13 rebounds and 5 assists. The other American import swingman SirDominic Pointer (198-1992, college: St.John's) contributed with 18 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. Al-Manama's coach felt very confident that he used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
